500% short interest yet a valid contract between the two companies to be bought out for $0.64 a share. That's probably the reason why it had such huge short interest. Basically the share price will get back down to its Fair valuation. If Chicken Soup for the Soul purchases red box for 64 cents a share, then that's where the stock will open
