You are right. This is going down the stool. The APE shares will cost at least $4 and will be taken directly from AMC. The company pays for the dividend shares. It comes straight out of the Apes' hide. Then AMC will write a huge S-3 for billions of shares and will dilute APE shares to practically zero.

The DTC and the Transfer Agent will not find any synthetics. Every registered AMC share will have an APE share.
