You two are delusional. Mark clearly is not interested in growing the SP by a hype scheme or get rich quick type pump. He will have over 66% control of DUTV once the merger has been complete. If you don’t trust the man and simply classify him as “just another otc pump and dumper” then you have clearly not done any research or dd into his background. If he says this merger will take place, I trust him. He has a reputation on the line and he isn’t about to blow it over an “otc scheme”. That’s not the case here and Mark & DUTV are different. The chart for DUTV shows steady growth and share accumulation for the past 5 months. Of course there will be sellers. But there have also been a massive amount of buyers investing here. I think you two are going to witness something here that is going to leave you with regret and self questioning for the rest of your OTC career.
