If you haven't seen it, Grindberg Filed another 1-A.....and guess what the offering price is this time......drum roll........(.001)

At least he has tenacity for selling shares, if nothing else. If you can't sell 'em higher, we'll just keep dropping the offering price.

First Offering price was .01 to .05.....oops
Next Offering price was dropped to .005......oops again
This Offering price was dropped again to .001....doh!

What kind of signal does this send to potential investors? Let's wait, they'll just keep dropping the price as they have no confidence in share appreciation.

Between the lowering prices of the offerings and the R/S's on and off again, this may be the most bizzare stock some have seen.

And, to think, all this for a salary of $300K...you can't make it up! LOL!!!!!
