Of the 10 House Republicans who voted to impeach Mr. Trump, only one, Rep. David Valadao of California, has survived a primary so far – pending the two Washington results. Michigan Rep. Peter Meijer lost his Republican primary Tuesday and Rep. Tom Rice of South Carolina lost earlier this year. Four others retired. The tenth member of the group is Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming, who has her GOP primary later this month.
