1) those 3 items were stated in the SEC suspension
2) i don't know 'why' the TA does not talk with investors. many possible influences on this one - if i was only getting $2k PER YEAR for my TA services, i don't think i would take many phone calls either IMO. Dilution of course is the popular reason on this board, and when the dust settles I do expect to see some dilution - how much - i don't know.
3) Dunno - the patents were never a factor for me BTW, so i haven't given that topic much focus. CKYS is a sales/marketing company - some of the patent angles sound nice, but IMO were/are not the focus of the company.
4) I believe than CK products are being sold to the government, the details of those transactions were called into question by the SEC, but when it is all said and done I do expect a clarification and/or restatement on the nature of those dealings.
