Energy,
There's no doubt that finding more oil in Columbia is good news. That's not my point. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on with this company and if there are more delays in our future. I'm sure you think your oil posts are positive and might help in some sort of way. But I've got to break the news to you, all your oil posts haven't move the needle one inch. Now that's worth doing some complaining!!
I'm trying to determine whether or not the seating of the president ( as you've indicated that's what we are waiting on ) is indeed the last hurdle, or what could possibly delay things longer. When the article says that Columbia has found new oil, I immediately think more delays. My thought is the company will have to rip up all the old proposals and calculations up to this point, and now have to recalculate. I definately don't think this is complaining. Actually seem like logical thinking, considering all delays that accured after the company promised the shareholders, the last hurdle was to close on a couple of land deals. Furthermore, one would think you would have some valued input considering your oil background. (Maybe I've given you to much credit as an oil aficionado) I just find it strange that you can signal, in some way, that we are just waiting on a new president, but can't add your 2 cents and say whether or not you feel this may or may not be a plausible reason for further delays.
Well, I hope my thinking is wrong, and you are right about just having to wait for a new president. Looks like we are on the clock, yet again.
