No proxy statements have been sent out. Nor have they stated a time and place.

They said intend on the filing of the 8k on 7/28/2022:

"The time and location of the Annual Meeting will be set forth"

"The Company iintends to file a definitive proxy statement and a WHITE proxy card with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”)"

Never trust anything KW says. I do not remember in the past that for any stockholders meeting they have sent out proxy statements.
