It doesn't matter how they use the money. The fact that this company is back to diluting the stock after the reversed split that wiped out the shareholders not long ago means this is another garbage company in OTC run by a reckless CEO Nils Ollquist . BMXI stock will tank even more because they are diluting. Dilution always kill the stock no matter how you justify it. That's how it works but the conman CEO of BMXI couldn't care less if the shareholders get demolished just last what happened when he did the R/S due to massive dilution that he could no longer attract new victims to buy the stock after outstanding shares have ballooned. The profit made every quarter in the last 12 months is not even a catalyst anymore because this conman CEO of BMXI is not rolling it back to grow the business, otherwise, he would not continue to dilute. He will just sell shares and dilute the stock to raise more funds and create more bagholder of investors. Subpenny is not far from here if the dilution doesnt stop. Ive seen this a thousand times and shareholders always lose.
