My friend lost 95% of his investment after this company did a reversed split last year. Why is this company back to continuously diluting.the stock again? Is their mission is to grow their business at shareholders expense? They pretty much use us as their ATM machine everytime. Imo they shouldn't be diluting knowing.they just did a reversed split last year and have made significant profit every quarter. I emailed their transfer agent who is also their bookkeeper and i got a reply and was told that she have forwarded my email to the company. I asked to have the CEO address this dilution because the stock has been down over 60% since its peak last week. This must be another pos diluter pig CEO in OTC that i always tried to avoid but i got caught on this one. I thought this CEO of BMXI is a changed man but once a conman anyways a conman.
