You're right. 100% it's scary. The stuff far-right Republicans are pulling today is right out of the worst authoritarian handbook you could find. It's the kind of control crap which could even one day, if they ever were able to get the power, lead to the FEMA concentration camps assholes as Alex Jones totally baselessly and accused the left of plotting.

They are actually today doing as much as they can to totally corrupt the American electoral system.

It's up to the those in the US who care for the democratic process to make sure that message gets through to the American consciousness.

It was good to read in that article that organizations of Americans are doing their very best to do exactly that.

If people can be brainwashed into a lie as Trump has been so successful at, then many of those same people
must be susceptible to the truth too. The Jan. 6 Commission is working on that as well as any could.
