How do you know that the 25 million is about used up? Here is the volume breakdown since the filing on March 15:

Since March 15 - August 01 the volume has been 21,955,295
The past 5 trade session, starting on July 26, the volume has been 14,922,137 of that 21,955,295.

Variables to consider assuming they started diluting w/ the offering on Mar 15:
How much was from retail and how much was from that 25 million offering?

I would like to think that most of that 14,922,137 is from the offering but how does that work when most of that volume was below .12 and the offering is at .12? They are selling .12 cent shares at .03 and .04 ?!?!
