Depends on what he does, termination of registration and suspension of filings is not at positive step for me. It opens the door for lots of toxic debt and removes the responsibility of timely reporting of financials. Will be reducing my core holdings going forward. Morgan has little to lose since he made a significant chunk on the first run, in my honest opinion.
