Basically, I feel Belfrics is tremendously undervalued. Although Preveen sits on the Board of LCLP and is the CEO OF HIS company, Belfrics, Grinberg is LCLP's CEO and Belfrics is just one of its two divisions. So, who controls LCLP's cash flow and how is it allocated? GLTU
