Because his only power is in that deciding vote that quite frankly I believe mitch and republiklans set up for him. There seems no other reason. Every single thing munchkin has done in all his years always was a benefit to himself and coal, no matter what bullshit line he came up with.
Now if dems get certain control where it's no longer down to two votes, and or redesign a filibuster rule, munchkin can not personally all alone shit all over Biden and dems.
His vote will be meaningless. So will his demands. He had nothing before mitch set him up as a mole and he will go back to nothing.
