Honestly I don't. Got to give them credit though. They broke off from another company with 20 million in cash and have had to raise multiple times within the last 2+ years. Have a drug with terrible sales, a short patent life and a share price that won't keep them on Nasdaq and spun it into a 67 million dollar buyout. That's good stuff.
