Point is, garland in the last few public announcements has consistently invoked the barr ruling that barr himself created in the midst of the impeachments trials- or more accurately the non republiklan trails of shitsinpants. garland has supported that barr ruling and said he will follow that track.

I don't know how much clearer that can be. garland has not discarded any barr rulings that I can detect.
