The $4.34 doesn’t have to make sense but it sure as hell happened and seemed to make sense to the creditors who approved it and the judges who signed off on it.
Disgruntled shareholders not believing the BioAmber liquidation took place for the amount LCYB paid and that they are getting nothing is what doesn’t make sense or even matter at all. It’s plainly shown in the monitors reports and court docs that it happened and that BioAmber shareholders got nothing and are getting nothing. Belief is not required for it to be true
