You cant believe it because you cannot identify a single characteristic of this. Who do you believe is paying it? When? How much? There is literally nothing to your "belief" other than you don't like the outcome. That isn't a belief.

As I think of it, you don't have a belief. It is more a rejection of the outcome you were given.
