That's complete BS.
The Arkansas Securities Division was never "shut-down". Parkinson simply NEVER filed an appeal, even though he said he was going to on his blog.

The Arkansas Securities Division found Parkinson committed fraud and deceit, and that finding has nothing to do with where HHSE securities are registered.

Read the Cease & Desist Order yourself, and decide for yourself.

But don't ever believe what Parkinson posts on his blog, as independent sources have determined that he posts false information and fake documents on his blog.
