Things like "justice" and "fairness" are merely veneers for justifying greed.
Generally speaking I think one's definition of "Justice" as it relates to the federal governments overreach here IS influenced by their ownership in common, jps, and/or a combination of both.
Also relevant is a holders investment time horizon, whether their need or want for liquidity is short, intermediate, or long term.
Lastly, many of us feel that regardless of the pecuniary gain or loss, what happened here is an example of governmental power steam rolling over the property rights of its citizens and investors and if allowed to stand will only embolden our "dear leaders" in the government and will be inevitably be repeated.
