I suspect the "delay" was because the report was not ready yet, not because they had discovered something amazing and they were waiting on additional drilling. Remember (if you read the report), that the drilling was shut down (in mid-hole no less) because of land disputes. Looks like AABB was lying about the reason for the delay.

And then there's this:

The 2021 drilling was executed and completed prior to obtaining the approval of the EIA. This could have resulted in some penalties by the environmental authorities, up to and including cancellation of the drilling program.

Drilling without permits? Potential penalties? Wow, that's not a good way to run an exploration program, pissing off the regulatory agency. Getting a permit now is going to be way harder, since they ignored the rules.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
