Thanks for posting. There are many vendors that supply rotary kilns including custom designed kilns.

According to this information, the vendor is partially to blame, supply chain issues and the war in Ukraine apparently play a role as well. HOWEVER, management set expectations about the construction and operation of the demonstration plant. My take on it was weeks and it looks like it's stretching to months. (June 6 PR said: "Launch of demonstration plant testing is expected to occur in the coming weeks.") Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but aligning expectations ideally results in meeting those expectations. It is frustrating. Now it is possible that management was mislead about the timeline and I don't want to jump to conclusions. I suspect they are even more frustrated at how long this is taking. In the end, I think it will be worth the wait.

Discussion about building a demo plant has been kicking around since March 14 (https://www.niocorp.com/niocorp-reports-significant-advance-in-plan-to-process-critical-minerals-in-nebraska/)

We look forward to validating these preliminary findings at the demonstration plant level and to communicating the final results of this effort when completed.

Seems like a long time. I don't know when the snafued-parts were first ordered, but supply chain issues aren't anything new. I have questions about whether or not things could have been ordered more proactively and whether a different vendor could have gotten this done sooner. I want to be clear that these are questions not criticisms. For all I know this has been handled very proactively and efficiently given constraints beyond the company's or the vendor's control. Perhaps another vendor would be even slower.

I guess we just have to be patient. Rome wasn't built in a day.
