I believe that when a company is doing a buy back, there are a number of rules that must be followed. For instance, I don't believe they are allowed to effect the pps. Therefore an arrangement is made between the company and the MM's to find them buyers at a given price and they will buy up to "x" amount. I wonder if some arrangement is made with HRHR group in a similar manner, so they are not effecting the PPS. The MM's have a good day just finding them sellers at .0004 and they buy up all that is offered at that price.
ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING???????? Might be a good idea to ASK HRHR.......maybe?
