The lawsuit is not for $$, but for cxl of shares (I think).

So if successful, what then? We sold the assets. Do we buy them back?, Does the sale "not close"? Does MRES buy the remaining shell is a stock exchange transaction so that we become shareholders of MRES, and basically in same position as before??
