TRUENORTH2016 re. Independent Verification

I've emailed Muhammad Azhar Nazir at [e-mail] to inquire who is Jessie Chiang; what is her role with Puriblood; and to get "independent verification" of the LOI between $PLPL and Jessie Chiang and Puriblood. If anybody should know Jessie Chiang, it's Mr. Azhar Nazir.

Here's the email.

Dear Mr. Azhar Nazir,

I'm doing my due diligence on a stock in the United States which referenced Puriblood.

In their May 23, 2022 press release (click here) by Plandai Biotechnology of Seattle, WA (stock symbol PLPL), it implies that Puriblood has licensed all of their product and technology rights to "Jessie Chiang" for 30 years for all international territories, except Taiwan.

Under the terms of the proposed agreement, the current holder of the worldwide rights, exclusive of Taiwan, Jessie Chiang, via entities she controls, will license to Plandai the exclusive rights to the Puriblood technology for North, Central, and South America for a period of 30 years.

I believe the above information is false and I was hoping you could take a moment to respond and add clarity to the press release.  

Questions:
1. What is Jessie Chiang's role with Puriblood? Is the above information correct?

2. Can you provide verification of the pending LOI (as per the press release)  between $PLPL and Jessie Chiang and possibly Puriblood? Do you know the names of the "controlled companies" the press release referenced?
