if it was NOT TRUE, PURIBLOOD would have refuted it immediately....they haven't.

Bad logic on your part LEARNINGTHETRUTH. That's exactly what was said on the WNF*T message board with WA*X, the company everyone thought was their RM target. Then the stock dropped 75% at the open. OUCH!
