I was not going to bring it up but that is DEFINATELY how it reads. It makes no mention of the affidavit itself being confidential or otherwise. Matter-of-factly it specifically addresses items that I am quite comfortable were NOT given for public consumption (by whatever manner the affidavit was given). The affidavit itself is part of the allegations and investigation and only states findings supporting of the allegations.

I never understood the fuss made over that being provided for all. No where on there does it say, guilty guilty guilty.. It meerly points out the steps taken to come to the conclusion that the allegations are warranted.
