Reverse split + company called TDS doing this a second time (they did it with CLHI as well - announce a Reverse Split and ultimately not going through with the LOI)

Look as well on the internet ...you don't find a lot of info on TDS (apart from TDS) ... would doubt that the dozen of millions of revenue are actually there ...

Bottom-line : don't trust these bastards ... the only business model they have is to sell you their shares ...
