I’ve worked on Wall Street for 35 years. I know how this works.

Because of my experience I also know the LOI is very short on details. There’s no way you can determine if the stock is under, over or fairly valued as of right now.
And like it said, Tad l’s legacy doesn’t inspire confidence.


I am holding because there are enough pump and dumpers who I think may run it. For how long, we shall see.
