PLEASE READ THIS: Here is some logical proof on why our PPS went down-

1: On 12/8/06, Gamood reported (Ihub post #23805) that his wife sold 32 million shares. The price that day I believe fluctuated from something like .0018 to .0014. I think we closed even that day but the MMs got their shares with her dump and many others who panicked that day.

For the next few days we did not hear about the Apple Rush dividend, Garden, or the new website. These factors and end of the year selling for tax reasons the PPS went down little further.

2. On 1/31/2007, Gamood once again told us (IHub post #25882) that his friend got out of his last 3 million shares. He at one time had 55 million shares. I am sure he didn’t dump all his shares at once but slowly was getting out. 55 million shares from one person is a lot and could easily affect at least 2 to 3 ticks if he started getting out in November or December. Don’t forget, lot of times our daily volume is only few million so he can have a drastic effect on the PPS. Even if it is one tick down, it affects the psychology of the investors and starts a chain reaction.

3. On 2/8/2007, Screamer reported (IHub post #26312) that a friend of his sold 67 million shares that week. I don’t want to repeat what I said about how that many shares being sold by one person affects us, but that action had a huge impact especially when there are nervous investors because of PPS going down and lack of ‘meatly’ news from the company.

Together, these 3 investors had 154 million shares. If the float is 1.8 billions shares (3.6 billion divided by 2), these 3 investors sold 8.55% of the shares. The percentage could be higher if the float is less. Plus, these are the three investors that we know about. There could be others that are not accounted for.

I am not a mindless pumper or a dumbass. It doesn’t take a lot of logic to see why the PPS went down due to the actions of some of the investors, psychology, and lack of big news from the company. Sure the company needs to close some deals but the Risk vs Reward rule will always apply when you invest especially in the Pinkie. Personally I don’t believe our risk is that great when compared to the potential reward.

Any comments would be welcomed (good or bad).

GL and have a great weekend folks,
AK
