Most of us have been here for a long time, usually the smaller deals are done very quickly. With the amount of time this deal is taking, with it being a delaware shell, and already knowing company is well established over 6 years and already has a yearly revenue between $10m and $99m makes it a easy buy at this point.

Even at a 1x eval on the low end at $10million, with our current market cap ar only $3.1 million, at these levels it is a easy 3x to 4x bagger based on 1x revenue with a much bigger upside potential if company exceeds the minimum of $10m/year.
