BBee great attitude.
We are 60% there. Mathews will be stunned to see it took less then three weeks to secure over 50% of the stock in the company to take over Board.
After we secure the remaining 40% we will do a Docushare letter requesting an emergency board meeting, which takes 20 days. However we can waive that with a majority vote. Terminate him as CEO . Give him 30 days as president to get company turned around.
