A merger requires NDAs and hence why Bill has been quiet and none of us are hearing anything. The merging private mineral company needs to finish their audit to qualify to up-list. Both companies must be audited. What you say does not make any sense. I doubt Bill wants to go to jail for committing securities fraud. Anyone that listens to you will simply be giving their shares away.
