I'd like to know if he resigned willingly (and why), or if he was forced out by the board (or regulatory agency).

If the latter, why did it come two weeks after the scumbag was re-elected by a 97.96% majority?

Makes me wonder if an investigation is underway and he's now prohibited from acting as a director of a public company.

I hope he's suffering with stage 4 pancreatic cancer (but I'll settle for any type of terminal illness).
