Well that really did not answer the question who the owner of this ticker is...like, who brought in and appointed the new interim CEO Tad to this temporary CEO position? There is a mysterious hand in the background rocking the cradle on this stock. This stock is acting just like TXT$ in which both international merger companies are very vocal showing excitement about the merger. These are both huge hard to comprehend deals with a lot of similarities.
