Same kind of fantastical thinking that gave us Trump.

the repubs will do it starting immediately after Nov22

First off, they can't do shit until they're sworn in; no immediate in that scenario. Secondly they won't be able to pass any legislation favorable for the oil companies over the needs of consumers.
