EPD is down approximately 20% off the 52-week high achieved a week ago!

The unit price usually lags the price of Texas crude but it appears to be leading this time. Perhaps the proposed ethylene plant's cost at 5-billion has implications for no increase in the payout.

The price drop is ugly but for new invested dollars, the inverse for a fixed payout increases handsomely.
