And that article I believe is wrong in his contention. The people don't elect DA's from what I can tell. They're appointed. I don't believe I've ever seen a DA on my ballots.

My cynical side says he was way too convenient to come in and suddenly decide not enough evidence. One of the lawyers at that time made a comment he couldn't believe bragg would have been up to speed at the time of his decisions. It smells to me.
