Good stat: Banks over decades sucked millions from black communities and redistributed it to white areas. Angela Davis and other black activists back then campaigned against it and wrote about it. i hope that situation has changed at least some. The stat is probably more "contributes to" rather than "causes", but the point is well made. It has been well documented and accepted that lead goes to the head, as well as being dangerous in bullets, if it it still is.
