TORONTO, Feb. 8 /CNW/ - On January 8, 2007, the Commission held a hearing to consider the extension of a cease trade order in the above matter (the "Hearing"), following which the Commission issued an Order extending the cease trade order to March 23, 2007. Following the Hearing, the Commission on February 6, 2007, further ordered that part of the record of the Hearing be sealed and part of the record be redacted. The February 6, 2007 Order provides that personal identification information contained in Exhibits 13 through 17 to the Affidavit of Tom Anderson is redacted as set out in the record and the original exhibits attached to the Affidavit of Tom Anderson containing personal information are sealed and not available to the public. The Commission also ordered that the style of cause in this matter is amended to correct the spelling of Peter Vucicevich to Petar Vucicevich.
