Why not ask "junior America" conix?

How much more simple could it be than to ask all of the same people who share all the same history, but who don't have a mass murder problem, or a not quite mass murder problem, or a suicide by gun problem. Do you think the US would be the first civilized modern society to outlaw hand guns and assault rifles?
