I’m just letting Intk shareholders know that in a phone conversation I had with my Schwab account representative today he confirmed the shares were indeed pending and he could see them . 2.) the shares are restricted. They cannot be sold for at lease a year maybe longer. No one can trade tge shareholder stock dividend shares they receive. Their resale is restricted.
