Don't think there will be sellers for 1 million shares at that price. If there is, then SPSO would be done as a company. If the believe SPSO is worth a lot more, then a price of .013 would be more of chance of buying that amount. However for trading purposes i can see that stratery(lowers risk), but i am a long term investor.
