i think the lawsuit forced AS/RS cat out of the bag…
michael bigger is holding notes so he does not care, he will survive AS/RS and convert after. Remember he was selling his shares just recently? Thats why… Common shareholder is another story. Last filing changed everything here for me at least. With that massive AS/RS - It looks like they don’t care about current shareholders.

i am posting this here only because i was very bullish here… until AS/RS filling. sorry but i can’t ignore it and call it “fake”.
