If you own stock in CKYS since it has been suspended from trading your capital has been confiscated albeit temporarily. The system is flawed. If the SEC is going to have the right to do such a thing then your capital investment should be insured in some manner from fraud in the event of a SEC suspension. If a company lies I sell my stock, if the SEC suspends a stock I can't.
