Roger that, OB. Of all the subsidiaries , the most puzzling to me is Xalles Studios. Four scalable companies at one time, chose by Xalles to receive mentoring to enable acceleration of growth. Where the heck is Xalles selling point to these prospective companies, being Nash’s performance the last 21/2 years. It appears to me, that the studio has done little in the way of promoting Xalles-holdings . I guess that can be said for all Nash’s acquisitions.
Anyone out there know if Xalles even has proprietary technology? It doesn’t appear to me, any product is available…..including expertise.
My strongest guess at this point is Xalles-Holdings will be acquired by First Light Acquisition Co (FLAG)…..at a time it’s legal for them to do so.
As far as I know , FLAG to this point hasn’t acquired anyone. It’s a year long window they have to do so, which will be December. After that, they have to disassemble.
Without any “fluff”, any one out here that can make OB and I feel hopeful about Xalles. As my shrink always said….”everyone has the right to feel good.
