I'm sure he has since he's always known of it what I am saying is that nobody likes to look stupid especially govt employees. I think they are on a fishing expedition at our expense. This is very positive but now we have to hope the SEC doesn't abuse its power too much. They've already demonstrated that they can confiscate our capital on a whim.
