No it didn’t. It triggered a Change of Control provision in a third party contract. Had an actual change of control occurred, it would have been announced.

LCY issued a letter from their lawyer saying they were done paying. What’s the problem here?

Why do you keep referencing the China translation after being roasted so hard on it? Let’s get back to that- why wasn’t it announced?
