Why should she? She was a custodian of a shell and now she's not! Everything you need to know from her she's told you MERGER IS COMPLETED ... I'm not sure if there is a NDA I would bet there is! And trying to keep inside the bounds of that and trying to give investors information is a fineline not worth WALKING! Now we wait to here about our new company good or bad :)
